reach between 18 or 28mm and 150/200mm.
Any suggestions , on a limited budget !!!!!!!!!!

Does the focal length when on the K100D equate to 28 - 105mm or does the magnification alter .....might be a stupid question but just found one on the internet for £119.

Tried re-formatting in the camera , just get the same message , dashed down to Asda and bought a 256mb SD card and that works fine !! I wanted to prove the K100D was not at fault . Looks like I've got a rogue card , hope Jessops will refund as the seal has been broken !!

I purchased a 1 gb Jessops SD Card but it keeps saying "memory card error" whilst in the camera , used a different brand PNY and thats fine.
Anybody ese had trouble with Jessops SD cards is this in incompatability
issue?

The equipment is for use in tandem with a 70 -300mm Tamron , for Air Show use. I'm looking for something to stay on the body for static shots but felt the 18-55mm might be limiting due to the constant changing size of the various parked aircraft.
Dont want to keep swopping glass and invite the dreaded dust spots !!!
What do you chaps suggest by way of a " 70 limited "
