Visited a nearby Stately Home last weekend (Holkham Hall). The weather was pretty miserable so I've been trying to use various techniques to breathe life into some of the shots I took.

I have used HDR on these two, I haven't used extreme settings but I've also not tried to hide the post processing. That "Hyper Real" look is intentional in these pictures but I wanted to stay one step down from "Cartoony":

The last one works particularly well as a Desktop on my 24" iMac.

Just cancelled my order with Play as I can get the faster Extreme III version from Picstop for only about £2 more (delivered). Thanks to Mattmatic for the heads up.

I've decided to only buy reputable make SD cards in future.
I've had two "cheap" SD cards over the last two years that have just stopped working or had intermittent faults making them unreliable.
I had one fail on a Photo shoot at the weekend, very annoying.

I'll have a look at these Crucial cards, thanks.
