Hi Everyone after looking at the shots of the Saab Museum it reminded me of a few pics of a car i shared my desk with a few months back i've only taken a few shots of cars so any feedback more than welcolme.

Love the shots of the X Aero what a gorgeous car never seen that before! I work with cars and have just been reminded i have some shots of something special that i will put up for discussion i could do with some advice on shooting cars The museum and the shots are great.

they are fantastic i've got the 50mm f1.4 if you are looking for some more i recommend the m 75-150 f4 it will be the best 20 qid you will ever spend on a lens! enjoy

Thanks for the comments guys will have a tinker with the door frame and crop. Looking at it now i agree there is too much dead space.

Hi everyone pretty new to photography but just wanted to say how amazed i am at the quality of shots with this lens on my istds,
i paid 20 quid on ebay for the lens and have just picked up another one from my local camera shop for 8 quid which i have given to my brother to use on his K10. Not a lot on the web about it just wondered if any other members regard it as a great lens?

Thanks for all the advice guys may i ask what focus peaking is? is it a benefit when using manual lenses? really cant drag myself away from the M 50mm1.4 and the 75-150 f4 manuals im using at the moment.

Thanks for the advice everyone,i agree a k5 is the one i would like but i'm on a really tight budget and have spotted some well priced k7's selling on ebay may have to do some more saving up and wait out for the k5.

Hi everyone i have an istds which i use mostly for portrait shooting with the family looking to maybe upgrade to a k7 will i see a big difference in image quality i use mostly old manual primes borrowed from my father although he also has a 77mm limited which i borrow when i can.
