135mm sold provisionally on another forum.

I personally never liked it and it spent most of the time in a drawer until it got passed on to a family member. I'd keep the 40; save up fora while and get an used 55-300. I sold my non WR version just a couple of days ago for 115. I have seen them go for 100 without box/pouch. Longer reach, better lens The 50-200 is mediocre at best. It can perform just fine given it 'likes' the lighting I found. If it doesn't, I was never able to make it cooperate with me lol. Granted, maybe a better photographer could make it work

Recently had the same issue with the KS1 - apparently it's a fairly common problem between the two models - there are threads on PF about it - something about too much lubricant 'flooding' stuff inside. Sent mine for service and it was back in less than 4 days from Johnson's Petopia. They did end up replacing the whole mechanism inside though.

To be honest I'd rather they did not focus on improving their marketing, else we'd see a price jump of circa 50%. Lets just say we enjoy being negative and paying little for a lot Hopefully Ricoh is way too busy to read forums too often

Frankly, don't think I have seen one sample image from Pentax directly that would blow anyone's socks off....so still hopeful

Kit lens sold on another forum. So K7 is body only atm. Can potentially throw in another 50mm 1.8, purchased last Christmas for extra GBP 50 if someone needs a set.

Just ordered an FA 31 !! One lens to rule them all!

Great...hope you'll get as much fun out of it as I did

Great shots but the very first one is magic. Awesome job
