Took these with the GR4, the dog wasn't noticed immediately, and the second shot he moved slightly but it's the look on his face that says "oh not you again", well I thought so, made me laugh.

I agree with Rajhans and my favourite is the last one. Love the creamy bokeh.

Yes it is a great lens and so versatile. I also have a Pentax 135mm f3.5 which is just as great and so compact compared to modern equivalent lenses.[/quote]Yes indeed, another cracking lens and as you say small and light it's a great alternative to zooms for your expeditions. Stepped down it's up there in sharpness compared to some modern lens.

Cracking shots and I'm only viewing on my mobile, looking forward to seeing them on the monitor. This lens is one hell of a good one, and so popular and plentiful you can pick up for less than £20. My original from the 70's or was it early 80's is still the best out of 3 I've accumalated recently. Great lens IMHO.

I agree on a faster shutter, the guide to use speed setting same as Focal length is only a guide that I prefer to double even especially when getting bird shots.

Really nice to see, thanks for sharing. Last one is my favourite, you DON'T see any of them in our woods.

This is focused stacked to some degree, 3 shots using Enfuse on Linux.

The compo is somewhat different but hey ho.
