The 55-300 is around £240 so not that bad. the fast tele zoom I been looking at the Sigma 50-500mm f4.5-6.3 DG OS HSM would that be a good fast lens? i only asking now as if i see a good deal it might be temping to buy thenSkip the 50-200, it's not that good. to everyone else cheers you have made the decision easier for me as tho i wanted the K30 part of me was going but will it be good enough for very fast action TBH yes is the conclusion but you already knew that.

I have decided to get a K30 purely pound for pound it seems a very good deal. seen a couple of shots of fast planes and they look good so i assume the K30 would take good pics of F1 cars. Gonna wait for a better deal as i have M4/3 gear to get me by till then. I will see about getting either the 18-135 WR or the 50-200mm WR depending what reviews i read as so far i have been told the 50-200mm WR isn't that sharp. Eventually I'll get a 4-500mm sigma lens for motorsport.

I used to have GX-1L which i believe is a Pentax *ist DL2. the only camera so far will never work for me but instantly works for someone else!? anyways sun is shinning and im looking busy whilst i do nothing.....only another 3 hours ta go
