Good day out yesterday at Whitby.
Very well attended and only a couple of showers early on which did nothing to dull the mood of the event.
Didn't use the 120mm f/4 macro this time round, decided on the 55mm f/2.8 but still with the AF160FC ring flash.

I'm down in Ashford at the moment. Went to Folkestone today for a look see and lunch. After numerous snaps of the harbor at low and then high tide, I had a walk up "The Old High Street".
Imagine my surprise to see a Kodak sign over a shop front. Looked into the window display to see a mint Pentax 6x7 alongside a mint, boxed F5. Walked into the shop to see numerous large format to 10x8 plate cameras plus the best collection of Pentax film cameras (ALL AS NEW) I have ever seen! All unmarked. MX's chrome & black, LX, A series cameras and lots of mint Pentax lenses.
A lot of it is for sale.

They also do developing and printing across all formats.
If your ever in Folkestone it's a must call in and see place. Chemicals galore for the DIY darkroom person.

So left home in time for lunch in Keswick at the Dog & Gun and then on to Whitehaven.
Snow on the highest peaks looked spectacular around Keswick.

Washed down with a Timothy Taylor's Boltmaker bitter within the walls of The Groves Inn, Knaresborough.
A cold day needed a fair lunch prior to venturing out with the kit today.
