Back in Oct 2021 I used a Pentax Q as a second camera at Whitby.

This is shot with the Q of a much larger camera.

Used to have plenty of rats around the gardens due to people throwing uneaten food into their gardens for the birds. Called in Webley and Theoben who quickly rectified the situation as they continue to do on the local farms.

forget the brolly, it's a tad breezy.

A great perspective. Lighting is not going to get any better.

Went to Reeth for lunch today and also took the K10D, even fitted the grip so it was fully dressed.

Chilly breeze but otherwise good light and an even better lunch at the Buck.

That's a nice piece of kit Barrie. Particularly like the leg lock system.

I bought an *istD in New York. My first digital SLR. A must buy after reading Herbert Keppler's review in Popular Photography.

The camera has been hammered in use. It covered everything from F1 in Bahrain, The Bahrain Open (golf), the MCC's visit to Awali to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Awali Golf Club, the Russian State Circus in Moscow as well as UK National Aeromodelling events.

It's shortcomings were not in anyway negative to it's output. What a piece of kit!

So I took it to Richmond today as the weather was great and I was going for lunch anyway. Took off an AF lens and twisted on the SMC Pentax-A 35-70mm F4.

It's like going back in time and its great.

Somewhere, a Zebra is dancing.

Racing in the rain......

Comments appreciated.

I didn't see too many Steampunk characters this year. Apparently Saturday was busier than the Sunday so I may have missed quite a lot of people
