I liked the other ones.... but this one I love!

Get it on the gallery... I'd put money on it to get POTW!

Thank you so much Spad, very kind of you.

This image was taken from a gantry during the night shoot on Sunday. If anyone gets the chance to go to an event organised by these people https://threshold.aero/ I heartily recommend it.

I have not been doing much photography for the last 12 months for a variety of reasons I wont bore you with, and consequently not posting photos or commenting much here. I will do as you suggest, if it is not considered too cheeky !

It appears stealth like, as it peers at one, its form way ahead of its time.
Had the pleasure of passing Heathrow airport on a double decker bus (top deck) in 1986 summertime on my way to near Windsor.
The Concorde was landing with its nose titled downwards.
The bus was travelling adjacent, parallel as it were and in the same direction and what felt like the same speed.
Synchronised it was, jaw droopingly beautiful. Silence all round in this travelling bus
It was as if one could almost touch it, yes thats how close
An experience I will never forget as it landed effortlessly
Everyone aboard were in awe of this wonderful sight, truly it was special.
Great set of recent Photos Pschlute, enjoying them thoroughly

I seem to remember that there were many accidents on the public road which ran just outside the Heathrow perimeter fence because drivers became so entranced watching Concorde that they didn't watch out for other cars
