Out on the Bike yesterday after having to spend all morning in the Hospital, I needed to get out and feel like I was doing something

Both from Port Carlisle around the old Harbour area, wind was hellish and I'm still aching!

Spring is err Springing...

Believe it or not, I never touched the saturation on that one but I agree it has always looked a little false to me as well.
Need to go back many times to get "the shot" methinks...

I do too,
It's a clasic view whatever the weather but I'd like to get it in Snow!

Here's one more from the same walk, a similar view but with my rapidly disappearing other half, having had enough of my Picture taking!

Contrary to common belief the Sun doth shine on Cumbria occasionally!

Says it all really, not having great luck with the weather at the mo but I'll keep on plugging away regardless!

Down at the end of Rydal Water the other day and whilst, I was busy doing my Landscape thing, my partner spotted this going on!

As soon as everyone else spotted it, it was all we could do to keep the Dogs, Kids with Sticks and Adults with sticks too!
From poking and prodding!
Anyway we watched her into the water much to the disgust of everyone there, just so she and her suiters would be safe!
People can be such knobs at times...

Well there you go, I thought the mast in the reflection et al made a nice arrow pointing to the mountains, Bugger
Just goes to show you can think too much about it, good job I took some alternatives as well then...

It's going in a feature in Cumbria life or Carlisle living, I can't remember which, and they picked it for the Main spread, of the article, they reckoned it really worked for them.
It's odd because the Boat just doesn't have a dominating effect on me at all it leads me in...

Different Strokes I guess...
