I find it slightly hypnotic. Held my attention for a surprisingly long time. Just like Mt Etnas smoke rings.

Wow! Another world! Great shots.

I did a lichen walk a few weeks back with London Wildlife Trust, and was lent a jewellers eye glass to look at the various lichen. I thought what I saw was impressive, but these shots are a whole new level.

You're rubbing it in now, aren't you!

Another great result.

Fabulous shots, and I think it's a Large White.

I bought this some years ago with the intention of digitising a huge collection of negatives and slides. Found I just didn't/don't have the patience to mess around.

I'd like this to go to someone who would use it. I've powered it up so I know it works, but can't offer any scanned results, so here's the deal if you're interested.

If you pay postage I'll send it off to you next week. If you like it, it's yours for £10 that'll go straight in my new Grandsons piggy bank. If you don't, dispose of it as you will.

Just fyi, sold prices on that auction site in the past couple of months ranged from £8.99 to £89.99.

I'm not one to comment on other people's photos, but these are indeed excellent.

When your heart makes the decision for you don't forget to check whether the replacement cogs are Brass or Plastic
They're not brass apparently, but they've never had a return or complaint in the 7 or 8 years they've been repairing MZ cameras. But, I am aware of the risk.
