It all depends how film is stored. I once sold some old glass plates (EXP 193 and was told they were fine if exposed at about ISO 1. A clip test tells us for sure, that is developing a short length of the film to see if the rest of it needs different timing.

If you do get problems like these it's helpful if you specify the browser you are using. It can be a problem that's unique to, say, Edge, or Google, or whatever you use.

It's little consolation of course if the problems all happen to ourselves, but generally speaking Pentax Failures are quite low. There will always be failures, as with anything man made.

I don't think I've had any lens problems in the past 50 years and only two camera body repairs.
