I have been to the Aswan Dam, where the temperature hit 50C and that was at the point of being unbearable. Despite that, I think it's too hot at 30C to venture out today, so I'm hiding in my computer room writing reviews. A little later I'll be shooting studio based images and much later on I might venture out to to shoot some sample images.

But it's lunch time now, so time for a refreshing cup of tea. (The very English answer to everything.....)

I agree with your sentiment RobL, but to balance that Amazon do offer a 30 day returns policy for any reason, so there's p[lenty of time to examine the goods.

Personally, I buy from SRS almost all the time and I'm always very glad to do so!

The 645 format is smaller than the 67 format, so 645 lenses will not cover the area of the 67 frame. In just the same way, a crop sensor (APS-C) lens won't cover the area needed for a full frame model such as the K-1.

Hope that helps!

It depends on what you would normally wear (or not) when to shoot the image. Being short sighted I wear glasses all the time, so adjust the dioptre accordingly. However, when doing macro shoots and focusing very close I often take the glasses off, but then tend to use a tripod and LiveView.

Using a card reader is probably the most efficient way to go.

It will depend on how much light is getting in there, so a faster lens will be brighter. What lenses are you using? I have never seen a green tinge though.
