That's the thing, everything was 'too modern to be a classic' at some times or other..... These are meant to be pretty good though? AF but more reliable than the MZ bodies.

I would say it does have value. I couldn't say what that value in economic terms may be but don't you have some attachment to it from winning it?

I'd sell it privately rather than charity shop.

Kept processing in lightroom to a bit of contrast.

The original RAW file had a lot of red reflecting on her face that I was trying to reduce hence I may have got a little carried away by reducing the temperature! maybe a boost in contrast and vibrancy might help.

This is Julianna and I've been trying to get good portraits from her and would like some candc as to my framing, if it actually is in focus and whether my light editing is the correct way to go. I use a Macbook Pro with a matte screen as factory settings if that makes any difference to perceptions of colour and exposure? I used Av at around f 3.5 to 3.







The reflections from my partners red top really made this difficult to bring out skin tones and I had to really pull down the saturation. Anyway, all comments are good.

Edit: In hindsight a flash would have really made a difference? I only have flashes for my film cameras. I know these are very amatuerish but It's something I'm out of my comfort zone with. Certainly in processing.

Edit again: ISO was 800. Got to love the K5 for this performance...
