About Jabof33
I am an amateur, and have been since I bought my first 35 mm camera, second-hand, from Dixons in Haymarket in London in nineteen hundred & frozen to death. I still have it (an AGFA Flexilette twin lens reflex).
I have a few others too: -
K10D with grip
ME Super with ME Winder II
Super A with Motordrive A
MZ30
MZ5N
MZ6
MZ-M
Ricoh KR 10 Super with winder
Chinon CP 7 M (my first 35 mm SLR)
All of them work (except the MZ-M presently) and all of them are used regularly.
The lens collection is quite extensive too: -

Sigma APO DG Macro 70 mm - 300 mm f 4 - 5.6 zoom
Tokina 19 mm - 35 mm f 3.4 - 4.5 zoom
- and a couple of tele-converters, various flash guns and tripods, plus a Jessops monopod that would hold up the Albert Hall !!!
I am a hobbyist, interested in: -
Close-up & macro (still a lot to learn)
Action - motor sport and aviation
Nature - landscape and flora/fauna
Composition - shapes, patterns and the unusual
I shoot normally colour prints in 35 mm, with an occasional B&W project.
I have tried developing myself (a course with Lakeland Photographic eons ago) and will hopefully have my own darkroom eventually.
I print using Photoshop CS (the original & not 2,3,4 or 5)
I have an Epson stylus photo R285
I want to find a cheap(er) example of an Epson scanner V700 or V750 so I can digitise all my 35 mm stock print/neg/slide.
I have some time on my hands, but am the carer to my invalid wife (also a pensioner).
I welcome helpful hints and questions.
If I can be of assistance, please ask
