Hi Paul,
Thanks for the positive comments. What I think we have here is the difference in reference colours between my calibrated (by Colormunki) monitor, used to work on this pic with Lightroom/Elements adjustments and the PU website/other web browser rendition of CMYK. When I display this shot, it is much more natural in the amount of blue - it was not something the judge mentioned when I had this shot critiqued in a club contest. It is something I will bear in mind for the future and maybe make special versions of my pics for upload to the PU Gallery

A note for 'drobbia' - the eye can decieve you.
If I had uploaded the sequence from which this shot was taken, you would see that the people on the platform were walking AWAY from the edge, as the train was hammering through Pershore station at over 75 mph!
The give-away is the flattened stream of dark smoke falling back from Tangmere, which hangs over the length of the train. The colour tells you of the high temperature of the fire and that there is little steam in the exhaust and the flattening tells you the loco is tramping on.
