While we are on the subject, I have asked this on another thread but no replies yet.
Has anybody got any experience/comment on the Sigma macro ring flash EM 140?

Note to John;
Hyram has not had a reply to his/her query. So assuming brief stands as it is - I agree with aliengrove. Only one shop in my village

Actually it's worth eating in the big square in Marrakesh. Although it looks frighteningly dogey, ate there a few times without ill effect.(Maybe no Currys) Nice place M. It's quite funny to see the locals nipping down dark alleys to the Off Licence and taking their booze away in black bin liners.

Hi Flossie,
Just looked at the link. Very interseting but in the small print it says::
The course is designed to be studied over a ten-week period, with approximately ten hours of study each week.????

wrong quote!
I was very surprised to see what is widely regarded as the best 90mm macro lens ever made the Tokina AT-X 90mm f/2.5 Macro go for only £149 on ebay yesterday. These lenses are very rare mainly because people who own them just won't part with them.

I'd be very surprised if the mail order people worked Bank Holidays, possibly one or two just taking orders. Shop staff work differently to mail order.

I've bought a few things off Techfurb and they are really fast with delivery usually next day via DHL.

But it was a Nik Fit so we don't need to get too gutted....

Ye you are right, but in this case because Currys don't stock much Pentax, I wonder if they got their fingers burnt

So that's five of us who have bought one in the space of a few days. Currys will probably catch on and put the price up

But it does raise the issue of Trade Mark Ups. Every Camera shop you go in moans about lack of margin. If Currys can knock of £200 are they selling at a loss - doubt it.
I believe it was a (photoshop) joke and no real ones are make.
Still it shouldn't be hard to customize your own camera.

I don't know if you've those kind of stickers what you get with model-kits with hello kitty and how these would stick to the camera.
Thanks Stefan. It's just that HK is a Client of mine in UK and have to be on watch for fakes _ which I think those stickers are. So good that it was a 'joke'
