I have searched the Forum for this topic. Suprised couldn't find it. On my SFXn I used my 50mm 1.4 but obviously digital pushes that. I have seen comments about this ranging from 28mm to 77mm - What are peoples views please.

My Epson Printer has software included to do that as an option for any given number of pics in a given file - check your printer it may have the same??

Mowog – I empathise – it’s funny that in different threads on different topics there have been many many comments by Members, to the effect that Lenses, not bodies, are the important thing: And given the undoubted quality of most Pentax Lenses, this is truer than for most Brands. I for one would not go for FF, just the sheer size of the beasts, but your point about lense value is spot on.

Allow me to explain - I don't have any issue with the technical quality of the sample shots. In fact they are all great. My problem is that I'm perfectly happy with the subject isolation/bokeh of the third photo (the portrait of the younger bloke)... and that was taken at f4. So in other words it isn't a shot that I (had I the same amount of talent as the person who took the sample shots, which is unlikely ) could not have taken with the Macro.

!
So thinking Portraits hands up everybody which is best. Asssume price is not the issue. (Trouble is I quite like the Quick Shift & MFD of the 2.8 Mac
