I don't know if anyone has heard anything that might give some form of indication what the price for this with the K5 kit might be?

Hopefully it won't be too much.......

Warehouse Express currently have it on pre-order at £599, already owning the DA17-70 & DA55-300 that pricing isn't likely to tempt me personally

Simon
But like alot of things at WExpress - their pricing is not the sharpest in the market.

I am glad that this has come to the top of the 'LIST' again. I was looking for it the other day - must have been on page 1057
It would be a good idea to have as a seperate Thread

Just ordered my ACMAXX off Ebay for the K-5
Mike - Having followed that link they rabbit on about it fitting a K7??
So will it fit a K5? And is this the only source?
The body is exactly the same (apart from the knob) so I see no reason it shouldn't fit.

Thanks Mike - I think I will get one (after yours has arrived)
It is the only source that I know of .. I have bought a few from him previously (K10D, K20D, K-7) and they all came within a couple of weeks. Its the only one I know of that includes a top LCD protector.

Just had a very depressing day. Decided to drive round to see what s/h stuff was around. Picked out some shops from (an old) listing in North Kent.

Results:

Fielders. Sevenoaks – Closed down
Bexley Camera. Bexley – Closed down
Woods & Porter. Dartford – Closed down
Owens Photographic. Petts Wood – Closed down
Percival Cameras. Bexleyheath – Closed down
Chas Norman. Orpington – Closed down

In fact I didn’t find a single shop still operating.

Thanks Tim - Apart from my Tammy 500 I don't think I have any Manuals left. So it might be worth a punt if I can find it again
