Theres also Luminance HDR (formerly Qtpfsgui).

If you have Photoshop CS4/5 - there are some HDR features in there, but the tonemapping options are, imho, not quite up to par with dedicated HDR software, personally, Luminance HDR and Photomatix give good results.

Looks like the blog-post class does not have a max-width property set in your style.css stylesheet - if you added max-width: 950px to that class, it should stop the overflow outside of your container (assuming you are using 980px with 15px left and right margins?).

Nope, none - however, if you do get stung for import fees, onestop refund it back to you after you upload a copy of the invoice via their website.

The results from the lens look good, a little soft in the corners until around f4 - but I knew that about the lens already from reading several reviews.

Going to give it a workout weekend depending on how the weather fairs.

My lens arrived on 5th Jan taking a mere 2 days from posting!!

I would check that either the in-lens optical stabilisation or the in-body shake reduction is turned off, as both cannot be active at the same time as they will "fight" against each other resulting in an inability to focus correctly.
