Excellent. Love the water droplet on her head...
that,s not water it,s sweat, great shot
Hahaha...I think the droplet was from the male...may be saliva because there was no any droplet at the beginning. Suddenly the male excreted it in the middle of it....hehehehe

Well captured, not a wasp we see here in the tropics of OZ, they look quite fly like.

Great capture and I'm sure we don't have them in the North of
England either They are very interesting looking wasps.
Thanks for your comments my friend. Seems it is like a fly, I did searched through Google and bugs database. Finally, I found that it is not a wasp, but it is a Stilt-Legged Fly (Taeniaptera trivittata). I'm sorry for the nomenclature mistake...arghhhh!

This couple of wasps was in the middle of mating process when I meet them. Male at the top..hehe! Shoot in swamp area and if not mating, these wasps quite difficult to shoot (always moving around).

Nice subjects and excellent shots. The colour and sharpness is good. Ladybird is quite difficult to shot because of the shinning coat or external body.

To make the shadow soft, bring your flash+diffuser near the subject. Make it bigger and nearer. Put more diffuser layer to soften the light.

I believed you can go much2 better in a short time. Really nice and very good job. Well done!

Green bottle fly can be easily found in nature. I found this fly near the cow dung. Found its sitting calm and steady on a leaf. Take out my camera and shoot at 1:1 . C & C welcome.
