You could try one of these, CLICKY LINK.

They have a 5 meg sensor and I use an older version for my 35mm negs. Maplins also do a cheaper scanner but I don't know how good it is.

Hope that helps.

I've a couple of both, all work and have been used, none cost more than a fiver. One of my MVs cost £3.98 including postage!

Now that was a bargain.

In use I find them very competent even though they are, effectively, a point and shoot camera.

Ah that explains the wobly sqiggle in the park this morning..

,,I think Cyril's drunk your brandy TT!

Here's hoping you get sorted soon. As for pointlessness, the last topic here rates as a 9.5 as it didn't mention cameras once.

I just installed the game, tried running it and win7 refused, it then gave me the option of compatibility mode.

I think this is only available in Pro and above, not home version.

Try a search for compatibility mode on the help folder.

With a bit of luck somebody who knows how these things work will explain it better Barrie!

I'd forgotten Nigel drove for Lotus, I always think of him in red 5 for Williams.

Talking of red 5, did anybody notice a certain Red Bulls car?

and the colours that Ayrton Senna first drove under if my memory's correct.

I discovered yesterday that the XP mode in Win 7 does work, I've just spent the last hour playing Quake 4, ah the sweet pleasure in killing strog...

Either the M or A f1.7 50mm lenses will give you good results.

If it's the same as when I got my K200d the only thing you'll receive will be a cheque.

That looks like good fun Brett, it's just a shame that we can't drive that way in the UK.

Too many idiots park their cars ON the road when it snows!

No deep fat fryer TT, not finishing the kitchen then?

Is it going to be a work in progress then?

We'll just have to wait until completion before Tony cooks for us in your new kitchen...
