There's a faint echo of blue cameras at the moment.

I missed the Tom Petty evening, might catch it on i-player if I get the chance, was it good Gwyn?

Passed the first aid course, I'm OK for another couple of years now.

Well I'm halfway through a first aid refresher course, it's amazing how much I remember!

But you still don't stop bleeding from the head by tying a knot in the neck!

Go for the LCE one!

I use mine and can't imagine the K200d without it.

You normally can't see what an update does, so don't panic,.

Ehat they do do is make the software work better.

I'm only going by the fact that a couple of my lenses now perform better after the update.

My Tamron 18-250 was fine up to 200mm but after that it was terrible, now it's pin sharp right to 250mm.

I don't know about SDHC card updates, but he 1.01 firmware does contain a new lens database, my Tamron 18-250 was horrible before the update but now is a dream to use.

Do the update, it's easy to do and see how it handles the SDHC class10 cards, you've nothing to lose.

Agreed Bret, but if there's a tight budget it's better than just a standard lens.

Both the M and A versions of this lens can produce stunning shots on digital and are muchused on such.

Check other members equipment lists to see how many have and use them.
Looks like you have a whole new field of subjects and techniques to get used too now.
