It looks like a rat's nest behind our TV, what with DVD, surround sound and media computer all linked to each other and the TV.

Good luck with the test results Tony.
I've spent the day playing with a dead *istD, on the plus side it's donated a rear screen cover to my K110d.
I might look into having it repaired, that's if the price isn't too stupid.

I've spent the evening reading up on how to put a *istD back together.
The box of bits arrived today and I haven't tried putting it back together yet.

It's always hard when the brain washed can't see how stupid they appear to others. Even canikony make some good cameras, but only some.
As for disparaging comments, report him to his head office, you never know, you might get his job as an enlightened photographer who actually knows how to use cameras.

I did sell it for the K-5 as I was looking for better AF and in that respect I am not completely convinced its that much better than the K-7.

I suppose now Arnie is out of a job, and excluded from the Big One he may well be back with another Terminator. No doubt in 3D this time.
