KosmoFoto are doing a poll of your favourite Pentax film cameras (not just SLRs) to celebrate the 100th anniversary. There's a mystery prize too. I went for:

1. LX
2. *ist
3. MX

All the wee ones basically. The link is below:

Cheers. PM replied.

I’d be interested in the LX winder but I’ll hang off in case someone wants it along with the body.

There’s a spot in the observer about it today with a great shot (link
On until March 17.

Going to Lisbon in July. These really whet the appetite!

Jefferson Davis, theonenadeem? I've just finished watching Ken Burns' Civil War doc on Netflix!

Note also that Lennybloke is selling a 24-50 here at the moment...

Pretty difficult to stumble across places to avoid in central Edinburgh to be honest unless you want something other than the usual tourist spots. The Cowgate (a sort of street below a street), the lower end of the royal mile and its many closes give some good b&w opportunities with its play of light and shadow and there are plenty of good viewpoints from Edinburgh’s hills, e.g. Calton hill, blackford hill. It’s also worth having a walk along the water of leith which gives a different perspective on the centre of edinburgh (starting/finishing at the modern art gallery with its Charles Jencks landforms is a fair shout).

Do you have a price in mind for the MX winder?
