The Optio 550 was my first digital as well. Loved it then, and love it now.

dougf8, there was a little 'fiddling' about with the mooli's in Aperture_3, using the 'Toy_Camera' effect, I liked the high contrast and colour bleed it produced.

I got the K7 from SRS on Friday, didn't get a chance to use it until Sunday, just had to use it first with the 'fishy'












There does seem to be a quality jump from the K10D

I don't think there is much to 'rip' into.

I might be tempted to darken the bright bits in the background, top centre, but otherwise I like it

As the title say's, Pentax 50mm K -mount lens with f1:1.2 maximum aperture.

I acquired this lens from "ffords" a couple of years ago, it was serviced and cleaned before I bought it, and it hasn't seen a lot of use since then.

Glass is unmarked, no fungus, virtually no internal dust, and everything works as it should.

Maybe should repeat, glass is as new !!!

Reason for sale ?

On a visit to the optition, it appears I have, "bubbles" in the lens of my eye, no wonder I could not focus properly .

No cure, so I thought I better buy the K7 before I go blind ?

I liked the lens, but have the Pentax 17-70.

I think the Sigma will focus a bit closer, and does start at f2.8, both good !!!!

This is with Ed's lens on my K10D, "Tom Gilzean" on "Edinburgh's Royal Mile"
