Thanks for all the comments, it's good to learn what works and what doesn't. I'm not sure they are reminiscent of Boza Ivanovic's incredible work but that's where the idea came from.

Theme

Hopefully this one's a bit of fun. Your photo can either represent the title of a movie or a favourite scene from a movie.

Rules
OK, an anonymous competition. (until voting is over).
Stefan(Anvh)/Dougf8 is/are going to act as overseer.
You send your photo to him/them, either by e-mail to [email protected]">[email protected],
or a link to it via PM.

They will then put all the entries on a specially made Photobucket account.
This means photos can be no longer than 800pixels on the longest size, use standard/normal compression.
If you don't know how to do this then send them the biggest photo you've so they can resize it for you.

They will then link all the photos to a thread for voting.

Do not submit your photo here, see above. This thread may be used for the purposes of encouraging and soliciting more entries by means of teasing and tickling potential entrants. You have been warned.

A new photo would be nice, but an old one is better than not entering at all. (might change if people get the hang of this).

You have until 13th November to enter. Stefan will then start a new thread, with the photos and you can then vote for your favourite from 14th-20th November.

Good Luck and have fun

Thanks to all. I shoot that kind of scene on gloomy days. Mornings and evenings are often very still here which allows for a long exposure with minimal leaf movement. I particularly liked 3 and 5, the latter again I guessed the author correctly.

I saw this competition today and thought I'd better nip out and take something.

If you can give me a fifteen minute extension I'll put up an entry.

An unusual name for a dog I know. Here are bits of him in a beam of light:

I see. Living in France there are plenty of regularly nippled boy Cyrilles.

Number 3 is my pick. Plus the title (please not Cyrille, unless this squirrel nibbles both ends of the nut).

Thanks for all the comments. I'm glad they got a few smiles. Actually I said. Herd of cows? Of course we've heard of cows, they said.

Thanks for your version Pauly. It's definitely an improvement and good title!

I must admit I wasn't paying too much attention to my levels whlist lying around underneath various animals but I prefer to leave them wonky as I think it adds a bit of quirkiness.
