hit the nail on the head..as far as I'm concerned.
'What makes a pro camera?' is the wrong question, who's answers take one down a long expensive road to nowhere....
'What makes a Pro Photographer?'
Now that's a Question worth asking!

A pro gets PAID.
PAID for his images.
If enough people PAY for those images, equipment manfacturers will PAY the pro photographer for ENDORCEMENTS.
Few pros started making SALES with top of the line EQUIPMENT, they used what they had....
So guess what fuels the debate?
Am I right? Let you know when I (who does makes SALES) get PROlific enought to land an ENDORCEMENT DEAL!

May I add to that suggestion, that t mount opens up a whole new world of telescopes and spotting scopes and night vision scopes? one might be surprised at how well an inexpensive telescope might stack up against my older sigma 400mm with telecovers......

I too downloaded the software yesterday am and tried it out...duly impressed. except that I'll have to pay for it of course......I'm going to find out if it plays nicely with Apples Automator and Applescript (I'm somewhat inept with applscript), and I'll let ya know if I can get a decent workflow going.

not a bad idea, but some of us work for draft, and others can get really pricy with the single malt scotches.....mind you you do tend to get what you pay for....just don't submit your orders close to closing time....everything tends to get blurier (soft focus) as the girls get prettier (glam shots)

normally I think having ones shadow in the image is a mistake, but this one works for me.
I see the fence on the left and the shadow of a fence and photog at the bottom, and suddenly, a surreal, almost alien landscape bears a human element.I like it.

hi guys, has anybody tried connecting the ftz 500 to 540fgz with a dedicated cable for contrast control flash? ie one unit on the camera and the other off camera?
