I've had to ask a friend or two to get thier "(G)aydar" checked, after getting hit on. It doesn't bother me.
I don't think there's much difference....in the ceremonies...but as the issue is being addressed in canada and manitoba, I'd love to hear from couples as to what they'd want in a photographer/photo package.
as a nich market, it's the feed back from your clients that must drive your marketing.
Go back to your couple and ask them what you did right! ask them for referrals and ideas.
KNOW YOUR MARKET!

I'm not gay. My religious views are not for it. Yet I find myself thinking that there are lot's of people out there, that will give you a good reason hate them. (and you're supposed to forgive them).
And they come from all walks of life, all cultures, all religions and you have to look past the differences to get to the essence of what makes all human and all equall.
Where two people who've meant, nor done me any wrong, find love and happiness is not for me to judge.

so the differences, in my opinion lie not in the couple, or the ceremony, but in whether or not, you as a photographer will treat the job, or the couple any differently.

you do know that with a small earphone jack and ten minutes, (using a slodering iron and pocket knife), I was able to convert that release to work with my d-slrs?

blow on it.
if that fails:
rocket blower.
if that fails:
brush from lenspen.
if that fails:
chamois side of lens pen.
if that fails:
microfiber cloth and lens cleaning solution.

if you need to get agressive, spend some time reflecting on what you might do differently next time to keep it clean when shooting.

YES! I did see bizzare eratic behavior on my emac when I installed a defective ram chip! The computer wouldn't boot up, just froze..that was soo long aga I had forgotten about it! I replaced the ram chip and everything worked fine!

Makes about as much sense, (to me) as tyring to install a horseshoe up yer netherregions in the hope of improving yer luck.

(I'm sorry I can't help you with that, but I hope, with a little laugh, and a grain of salt, you'll accept my suggestion to switch to Mac.)javascript:emoticon('')

have you tried this:
reinstall the original drive, and install windoze on it.
clone the drive onto your new drive (in an external case).
swap the drives and see if it boots up?

that is how I swaped my 60 gig 5400 rpm hd on my macbook for a 100 gig 7200 rpm (although both were sata drives)
