Haven't had that happen to me yet, trying to avoid saying exactly what, tempting faith and all that.
So I'm of no help.
But I do have a question for you, does writing raw to both fill the buffer quicker ?
I usually shoot raw + jpeg to 1 card.
After trying out my 70-200mm I found I was missing shots due to buffer being full.
Will try just jpeg next time just to see if it allows more shots before filling up.
Not my usual way of shooting as I only edit raw files, might change that for sports and wildlife. ?

Hi All

The M28mm F3.5 is a superb lens, I can vouch for it as a landscape lens, not sure how good it is on full frame but I would expect it to perform well. It would be my favourite landscape lens were it not for the fact that it's not wide enough for general landscape use on a crop sensor camera. If you have a K-1 then it's a different matter. Highly recommended!!

David
Have to agree, it's a fantastic lens, I mainly used it for IR shooting, just super.
Decent price too.

Depends on the type of shooting you want to do, Sigma 18-35mn is f1.8, which makes it pretty nifty, indoors, as it's pretty much sharp from wide open. And you can get some decent close up shots at f1.8 and experiment.
20-40mm good walk about, small filter size, 55mm as far as I can remember, way smaller , lighter than the 18-35mm.
I have had both, but if I was looking for coverage in those lengths I'd choose neither, and get a pentax 16-85mm instead.
Just my tuppence worth.

Great set, the bird shots are all lovely, even the ducks all lined up and waddling along.
But for me it's 9, 2 and 7. Just the quality of the light, is spot on. 9 and 2 have clear out of focus areas, where 7 is nearly uniform across the image. (Viewing on ph )
So I may be wrong.
9 and 2 being my picks.

Some interesting responses, the Haida seems very popular and I think deservedly so. If anything it adds a little warmth, which is easy to adjust in post processing if this is required (usually I leave it 'as is').

This one was with a zomei ultra slim screw in 72mm on a 77mm threaded lens, with a step down ring. 10 stop, no colour correction.
The why is easy, I came across it cheap. 😁😁😁

Your filter seems pretty good Derek, there is a slight blue cast which I think could easily be dialled out in processing.

You may well be right David.
I'll check it next time I use it, and post an as shot and an adjusted one.
Thanks for the heads up, 👍👍👍

I use an A bellows for most of my macro shooting. Works well with apsc or ff. The part for stopping down the lens can be closed manually, by pushing it in and a turn to the right.
I don't use the copier part, only straight shooting.
Don't know about the spray.

John's idea sounds good

First 2 and last 4 for me, great perspective and colours on the first one. Is 2 the same building as 8 ?
Great set as a whole.
Some fascinating architecture going on there.
Don't think I've ever seen a shot of any of them before.
👏👏👏👏
