That's a lovely image David and it certainly has a 1940's or 1950's feel to it.
I hope you don't mind me suggesting that a little tweak in levels might bring it more to life as the tones are just a little dull; not overdone so as to make the colours too strident but slightly to bring more contrast into the singer's face and eyes.
