The dramatic angle and low viewpoint make this an arresing image. I like how you've handdled a tricky lighting situation. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

Magical image. I can imagine Hnsel and Grettel coming along. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

I like everything about this, the blue crops, the overhead lines, dramatic sky and that little church steeple on the skyline. I hope if you post 'normal' shots of the area they don't destroy the illusion created by this one. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

There's great drama in this beautiful mono picture. I like the mysterious depths of the valley below the mountains. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

The gilt edged flush. Wonderful peice of observation Larry. I've been doing some shop window stuff lately, including today in Newcastle. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

I love this Nezih, it works really well in mono. I have a taste for moody industrial scenes. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

I had hoped to go to York to photograph this train Cliff but couldn't make it. Your's is a good graphic image and somehow it looks bleak and cold out there. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

That 8F gets around John. I saw it a while ago storming through Kirkby Stephen at a much faster rate of knots than was usual for a freight engine. Yours is a nice moody picture and as has already been said, you've maintained good sky detail. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout
