I wish the Bulleid Pacifics came this far north Peter, I would like to see one in Newcastle or Durham. I got a shot of Tangmere at Bath a couple of years ago and thought it a very impressive engine. Like your shot of it in action. To clone or not to clone? I would clone the pylon, many wouldn't. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

Excellent. Tricky lighting but you nailed it perfectly. What's the loco? David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

Peter my blue Tornado is about to be added to the Gallery. I was a bit hacked of that they cancelled its trip to Durham but York is less than an hour away on the train. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

Great shot Peter. Was it travelling very fast at this point? I got the same train at York when it arrived there and if I get time I'll post my version on here later. Its the first time I've seen Tornado in blue and it looks terrific. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

Nice one John. This engine was built for heavy freight haulage but it seems to get around plenty on express passenger trains these days. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

Nice one. Giulio is correct, this has style. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

That's a classic landscape Nezih. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

I liked your colour version but I think this edges it for me. The sketch effect is very appealing. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout
