Super location, who would have thought this was right in the middle of Birmingham. Thank heavens for wide angle lenses. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

Its a cracker, I love the lighting. The DA*50-135mm lens is great for performance photography - as well as many other situations. Mine gets so much use its now on its third SDM. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

I like the perfect positioning of the two contrasting locos. I know that spot well, have been a few times now with CliffP and Barrie Forbes and some other PUF members. I must get back to photograph the red Crab.. Andrew, I know you have ventured at least as far north as Manchester, this isn't much further and Bury has close access to the motorway. Love it, you just have to explore this picture when viewed large. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

I like this - a lot. I assume the lean to the right is because this was a windswept location, otherwise its easily straightened up. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

My first car too although my driving career began with a Ford van. Neither the van nor my Anglia were tuned for rallying which is just as well considering the way I used to drive in those days. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

A lovely set of images Phil. The colours have all your fresh and clean hallmarks and composition is perfect. I appreciate your information on how and why cobles evolved. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

A view I know well. I like your 'layer cake' and especially the contrasting band of green which forms the base of the image. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

Baroque beauty at its best. I love well photographed cathedral interiors like this. Perhaps a very slight straighten up to the right is needed Senn? David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout
