That horse has had model training, or it went to a Swiss finishing school. It looks so elegant. There is excellent use of differential focus. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

Not your usual style Andrew, your 'grunge' pictures are usually in glorious black and white, or atmospheric sepia. Its strangely compelling though. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

[quote:3496ace15f="PeterE"]Can't make my mind up about the branch at the top, but it is a lovely image. Regards The branch is the compositional clincher for me taking this superb landscape into an even higher dimension. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

All of the above plus you were gifted light to die for. Great use of the fish eye lens, the beach pebbles really stand out. Have you tried this in a square crop by slicing off the top third, from about half way along the cliff top about where there is a slight knobbly bit, to get rid of much of the featureless sky? Its a lovely landscape. I do like everything above the horizon, including the dominant tree, but does everything below it need a slight increase on contrast? David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout
