A truly fabulous set Alan, number 2 must be one of the best I've ever seen! Well deserved praise from the other members above.

I think you may be meaning the Sigma 70-300mm DG APO Macro lens? If so, it is not really Macro, just focusses a little closer. If you're interested in true macro photography it's useless, you need a real macro lens.

I would highly recommend a Redsnapper Tripod. Very reasonably priced and absolutely built like a tank.

RS-283 and RS284 are currently on offer at £58.95 on Redsnapper's website. They are both superb, the only difference is the number of leg sections (3 or 4).

I must be lucky. Got my new K-5 yesterday and guess what? The level is spot-on accurate!

It may be interesting to see how many others have an accurate level in their K-5, rather than seeing how many have an inaccurate one.

That guy on DigitalRevTV really is a bit of a prat but at least he gives the Pentax lens a fair review.

The flash could be set at 90 degrees; this may help?

They are all great Alan, the Treecreeper is also my favourite.

Welcome John, I've also just bought a K-5, although I've got a K-m and K-x too. I'm sure you will love it.

I've got one like this and had good results when paired with decent prime lenses, especially with my Sigma 50mm F2.8 macro.
