Hm, notice the remark RE: loss of screwdrive focusing.
Wonder if the F1.7 Teleconvertor will work with these new lenses.

Do you "need" the extra facilities a K5 would give you?
If not get the computer.
If you do really "need" the extra speed,high ISO, and live view the K5 will give you, wait 6 months anyway, for the price to fall then get the computer as well.

To use I believe a Dutch expression;
sometimes it`s better to not mop up under a dripping tap.

An excellent example of a really useful lens.
There are no scratches dents dings or anything else. Focus is smooth and aperture is smooth clean and snappy.

I usually sit in front of the computer and see what happens and bit my final bid just with seconds to go if I am not outbid already.
Have a look at esnipe, here
It puts the bid in for you, saves having to sit at the live auction. Also, because you set your maximum in advance you do not get auction fever.

You will have no problems at all, apart from perhaps in the Tube, there was a thread on this a recently. A good place to start is outside the Tower of London, lots of great views and free. It is quite pricey to enter though, and you cannot take shots of the jewels. Have a good trip.

Prior to buying into Pentax two years ago I spent ages researching lens availability, Pentax won. The frustrating thing was the price increases about 18months ago, but even so I still think Pentax offer a decent range, at reasionable prices, the only thing is the lack of longer (300+) lenses, but that`s what Sigma are for.
My only current concern is that 3rd party manufacturers do seem to be slowly withdrawing support from the Pentax mount. Hopefully the K5 will help in this area.
