I have been given a short helicopter flight as a birthday present.
Is it worth trying to take photos whilst in the air or will the 'window' give a distortation?
If it is worthwhile what lens and what settings would you suggest?

for having the old magazines being available online. It was great doing some research last night into film and film cameras. There was a great history of cameras from John Riley and good techniques from Roy Hampson. The wife said it kept me quiet for hours...little does she know what I am plotting

I new it - all the cameras that Pentax ever produced are ideal in one way or another. I moved straight from an Olympus OM2 to a 1st DS so i missed all the developments in between.
I am currently thinking Super A or Z-1 but that will probably change. It seems that I need to spend betwen £60 - £100 fo the body but at least i get 6 months warranty with SRS or Ffordes.
Are batteries easy to come by?

£10 is not a bad price when you consider the postage is almost £2
