35 arrived safe and sound.
Lovely and sharp (with tripod and live view), resolving car number plate letters 200 yards away.
Looking forward to some decent weather now
Thanks for holding this for me John, I really appreciate it.

Yep, I guess it's one of those things you either need or you don't. Certainly a great bit of kit for standing back from macro butterflies and birds. But I'm finding I personally don't need it.
It's an auction, best offer gets it, but I'll wait for everyone to reply before committing

Still available. I might be interested in 645 lenses

Could have sworn I tried it on an old lens when it first arrived. Must have been dreaming
Thanks Mike.

My old ad seems to have been lost when the site crashed.
Pristine lens and box, bought in August on insurance, but I now have the 15mm Ltd which suits my lightweight APS-c bag better.
Offers around £450 please

As New. Used twice, bought on a whim, silly really, I don't really go long, except the odd Moon.
And I'm not exactly short of lenses, so its ability to make short lenses longer and manual focus into auto focus is also lost on me.
Offers around £250 please

3 and 6 are perfect examples of where this lens can really deliver. It's also cracking portrait lens

I think with pond birds, as with children, pets, insects and well, pretty much everything, changing the usual eye-line is crucial to separate your image from everybody else's. Getting down low, really low, generally creates an image with more impact.
If you come back from a shoot with wet knees, you've probably got some nice images
