That's the minority mattox.
BTW, don't underestimate the usefulness of 'looking' professional. I can think of loads of occasions when that 'feature' has been invaluable for me.

Plus, I simply couldn't take some of the shots I take without the second button and the extra finger holds.

I have tried without the grip, but I hate it.
I have small hands but I find the ergonomics are just perfect with the grip.
Having all the extra memory and power etc right there is priceless.
I don't use a strap so the extra finger holds are really useful when walking around. It just hangs there ready to go from any angle (including upside down quite often).

lots of potential there.
Have you used noise reduction? some seem a bit smudged like very course noise reduction.

great shots!
I like 5 and 6 best.
I think they are a little underexposed.

Thanks for posting, I wish I could have been there!
I have an unhealthy love of the BRMs!
That yellow zorst is ace! from a sound engineer/tuners point of view tho' it's a bit slap dash! look at that collector - shocking.

Thanks guys,
Prieni, I know what you mean about 2. I tried a few crops but when you loose the thumb, the wrist looks odd, like an elbow... Maybe this is just one for their album then
Got some other gorgeous shots, but they are too intimate for here.

They were more than happy to let the world see their 2 day old creation. Maybe I should put one in the the craftmanship competition, she seemed pretty well made to me

Had my first request to shoot a baby (and family eek! ) on Friday (in their home).
I did as I suggested to conexus and I'm relieved to able to report that everyone is happy with the results, few!
One 100cm softbox, black background and everyone wearing black! (this wasn't as difficult as it sounds as they are quite stylish people, had lots of black in the wardrobe and wanted to co-operate )
Unusually, I had about 80percent hit rate which was very helpful as I was working tethered and displaying the results on the 24inch iMac (lush)
1. (their fav, will be brightened up for print)
