Tested the new 100mm macro on the k7, in the shop with fairly poor light, shake was a problem, tried the same with a Sony A550 no shake. Difference was purely down to the inbuilt stabilsation system

Actual use over many months and many demos, but the k7 offered the best package for me, also DP Review tends to back this up, must stress the K7 does it for me. 3200 ISO on the 7D no noise at all, personally not sure what the fuss is with high iso, bought up with film and would always choose the slowest possible, but thats what customers want and what sales prove.

Hi Mike, not quite true i'm afraid, i sell the 7D and have tested it, its ability a high iso (above 800) is a mile ahead of the k7. The K7 and the kx are let down also by the poor inbuilt stabilisation, it's next to useless, but i still bought the k7 !!!

Hi chris, i have always been anti mac, having used Windows based computers from the very early days.
On boxing day whilst looking around curry,s for a new laptop i was shown the Mac pro laptop.
I was looking at high end machines , and wanted the best. Tried the new HP with the new quad core.
Nothing came near the Mac for the quality of the design,feel or more importantly the screen. Took the plunge and bought the Mac, its a steep learning curve, but its so user friendly, love the screen and don't regret the purchase.
you won't regret it, but be prepared to spend a fair bit of time getting used to the operating system, very different from windows.
