i removed the cover, i can see the speaker but i cant prise up the main board

anyone know how to access the speaker area of the pentax optio x, i am trying to clean it. i removed the top cover but cannot get the main board out/the side with the lens

i have concluded it is the speaker and its like as if it struggle blipping/weark when playing audio/video back

nope i checked out, even when placed to my ear on full volume its still very hard to hear

hi i just bought a pentax optio x but MIC/sound low/fuzzy, i tested the default tones as in the operation keys/start up tone they sound ok but they still sound low compared to my casio ex z4.

when i record sound/vid could it mean its my MIC/speaker? but when i play MOV file on my computier they sound crisp clear so it could be just the speaker on my optio x ?
