take apart pentax optio x

anyone know how to access the speaker area of the pentax optio x, i am trying to clean it. i removed the top cover but cannot get the main board out/the side with the lens

If this camera was new (as you said in your other thread), why take it apart when you could have taken it back?

My experience with taking cameras apart is that you end up with a lot of very small fiddly parts which you either lose or cannot fit back into their proper places (fortunately this was a Zenit10, so no great loss...)

i removed the cover, i can see the speaker but i cant prise up the main board

Try firing compressed air in to clean it!
