The Asahiflex is a marvellous little camera, I have been keeping an eye out for one although I think juggling a handheld light meter and the camera would be a bit tricky.
Much of the time I use a variation of Sunny 16 with it or a tiny meter that I have.

The second shot is stunning. The first looks like those fish are swimming in jelly.

I like the 1st & 3rd. The 3rd give context to the 1st

This is the core of my m42 body collection. It is a working collection which I use.

Welcome to the forum, Blue.

Thanks for the link, but body and lens have new owners, now.
The body sold for £48 and the lens for £83. - Not bad for a £29 gamble!
I have been around for a while but haven't posted much. Glad things worked out for you. As it turns out, Eric only works on the ES and ES II because of the circuits in those Electro all being nearly one of a kind or prototypical.

The way I see it with a non working Electro, there are 2 basic options. Keep it for historical purposes or put the top plate on a working ES.

Hello Blue, good to see your post. How about sharing some pictures? I (and most likely many members here) do get inspiration and insight from viewing the input of others.

Regards,

Stephen

Hello Pentaxians. I joined back in 2008 but oddly just recently posted. I have mainly kept track of the magazine and a few specific threads. I go by Blue on this and a few other Pentax and lens forums. I have been into Pentax for a while. I have a modest working collection of m42 Pentax bodies and k-mount bodies. I say working because I use them. If they aren't working, I usually get them working unless they are on mothballs as a parts camera. Digital wise I have been using a K20d and K200d.

Edit: I also have a few lenses.
