Image theft Posted in General Photographic Discussion	I have a different experience. whenever i key in my name (ajay ghatage) in the search bar for images it throws up photos uploaded by me in various forums. it also shows pentaxuser.co.uk don't know whether this can be termed image theft.

teleconvertors Posted in Pentax Digital SLRs	Why is it that teleconvertors in auto focus do not work above a certain apeture and one has to use the manual mode to focus. the purpose of having an auto focus teleconvertor is totally lost. pentax needs to tackle this issue.
smc pentax-f100-300mm f/4 - 5.6 af zoom Posted in Pentax Digital SLRs	I have a pentax 100-300 lens which was bought for my analog camera mz50. after switching over to *ist dl found that the same lens could be utilised with the digital body. hence there should be no problem with Kx. happy zooming.

*ist DL, any opnions--I may be purchasing an ist-DL w/lens Posted in Pentax Digital SLRs	Penna, Even tough based in India my cousin in the US could get me a *ist dl for $800 which has been working very well. as i had lenses from my mz 50 the same could be utilised with this digital camera. i have been getting excellent results from this camera. sometimes i wonder why everyone thinks of Nikon when a pentax can do a good job all the time. Night photography Posted in Pentax Digital SLRs	Please help me understand how to shoot at night with a digital camera specially scenes that have lighted objects like buildings, water fountains wihtout making the pics too dark. I have a pentax *ist dl Should one use a flash (FTZ 500). Do throw some light on this. thanks
Product registartion and warranty Posted in Troubleshooter	My cousin from the United States was good enough to bring along a Pentax *ist DL. Unfortunately, I was unable to register the same on the net as it did not have any facility for India. Can somebody enlighten me regards warranty in such a case and what needs to be done. The camera was purchased from a Ritz Camera store in Tuscon, Arizona.
*ist D L2 exposure problems Posted in Pentax Digital SLRs	With a light backgroud it woudl be useful to make use of the auto bracketing wherein three frames are shot. You can then choose the one you like. this can be done by going to the menu mode and selecting the last one in the exporsure frames.
Date on *ist DL Posted in Troubleshooter	This camera has a date memory but there is not mention about the same being possible on the photo. is there any way one can get it on the image to remember the day by. any solutions?

Pentax FA, F lens Posted in Lenses for Pentax Cameras	I will be shortly moving from Pentax MZ 50 to ist DS. what worries me is whether i would be able to use my earlier FA (28-80) and F (100-300) lenses with the ist DS. Has anybody encountered problems with this combination. Will appreciate enlightenment on this subject. Thanks.
