Spectacular...great composition. Don't think i've ever seen an image of this view before. 'Brooding' it most definitely is. regards Karlo

Love the treatment of this image and composition is brilliant too. Definite POTW contender for me. regards Karlo

Nice composition and from a place we get very few shots from. regards Karlo

Nice...not often seen from Earth using optical lenses. Is that Dark Matter in bottom LH corner? : :D

Great shot...however really 'rubbing it in' to those of us who haven't yet captured such a shot despite using 300mm (+). 105mm on a FF ! Best wishes Karlo Thanks Karlo, there are a pair of Kingfishers that regularly fly up and down this stretch of river. The river is quite busy, as the rowing club is next to the bridge and the river has a gravel path that makes it popular with walkers ...

Really like the colour and great effect. regards Karlo

Really like this shot due to the guy nearest camera looking straight at you whilst the others are too engrossed in their game. Works well in mono, as per Giulio. regards Karlo

Great colourful shot Richard. What an unusual bird...seems to be a cross between a Magpie and Starling in UK terms. regards Karlo

Excellent processing...love the effect. POTW contender for me. regards Karlo
