My first airshow was Biggin Hill in 1973. There was an Air Spain Bristol Britannia parked up...always remember that for some reason.

Greenham Common? That's going back a while. I remember going there in about 1982 or 83, i think it might have 'featured' the C130 that year as well. Lovely sunny day as well, you don't get too many days at airshows like that anymore.

Nice contrast David, you've definitely made the most of the dip in the ground.

Great image and I appreciate the complete listing of equipment and settings, lots of patience needed to do that.

Thanks, it's the one located inside Prof Brian Cox's Ego Lol, I know what you mean! I have to say though I thought that lecture he gave on TV the other day to the 'celebrities', the one with the diamond centre stage was absolutely fascinating.

Nice Poster Art.

I like it, which solar system is that?

Really good Petrait

Cheers Paul. I started out scanning a load of colour 35mm slides a few years ago using a Canon 4400F flatbed. It has a slide adaptor for those and negatives but only takes about 4 or 5 at a time and is really slow and quite hard work getting everything just right. I ended up losing all my scans when my PC crashed a while back and I had to do a factory restore to salvage my machine. Haven't had ...

Nice shot of a classic airframe/airline combo Paul. Out of interest what are you using to scan all your slides? Karlo
