Waiting for Jason

I recently used some Lego mini-figures for a couple of competition entries and while I was looking for ideas I discovered that Lego have a range of mini-figure skeletons. So just for fun I thought I would have a go at an image inspired by the 1963 film Jason and the Argonauts. This film is famous for Ray Harryhausen's stop motion animation of various monsters including a sequence with seven skeletons.
As you can probably see from my image I had a lot of trouble controlling my seven skeletons. They kept getting distracted, looking in the wrong direction, waving their swords and shields about and getting in each other's way. I also managed to hire a left handed one . I am sure Ray Harryhausen had a far more co-operative gang.
The final image is a focus stack of 11 images all shot using:
Pentax K-1 with a D-FA 50 macro.
0.3sec, F18 & ISO200.
Shot raw, then processed in LR5. The focus stack was assembled using Helicon Focus 6 and and the image was cropped and resized using PSE14.

Looking at a still from the film I realised I needed to find some sort of cliff-face/coastal backdrop and a search of my archives found this one from a holiday in 2005 shot with a *ist DS!
