Great drama in this shot. It's such a shame about all the electric wires that run above most railway lines these days - they do get in the way a bit, especially with steam train images. This is not meant as a negative comment on the shot BTW, just a general observation.

A familiar viewpoint, Cliff?

I like the way that the wide angle focal length gives the impression of the train rushing out of the distance.

I think the wires are useful to emphasize the converging lines.

I used wide angle Peter to try and create a different scene ( if you see what I mean!)
