This is full of atmosphere Stan but there is quite a prominant halo around the steeple, I'm no expert but it is likely due to the processing?

I would say yes to that. Was trying out a B&W conversion using CS6 calculations (can't remember off hand what this one is r
ed red multiply ? ) Will have to try it on a different image
